Thanks to our strong network of factories in China – all of which are fully compliant SEDEX members or ISO certified – we are able to provide dependable contract furnishing services for market-leading prices.

Our strong sourcing network wasn’t built overnight. For over 25 years, our UK team has visited China regularly to evaluate each factory’s manufacturing systems and source the best products. We have our own established QC & logistics team in China, who inspect goods at multiple stages of production and facilitate the logistical arrangements of global shipping. Paired with our UK office and warehouse facility, this gives us full control over the development, manufacturing and distribution of goods.

By working directly with manufacturers, we’re able to remove unnecessary parties from the supply chain. Customers can tap into a more efficient and direct contract manufacturing service at lower prices.

Step 1: Get In Touch

To get the ball rolling, simply get in touch and to tell us about your requirements. From materials to finishes, we’ll provide several options for you to pick and choose from. So, you can choose the most suitable product for your price point.

Step 2: Visit Us

Our contract furnishings showroom is based at our Burnley warehouse & distribution centre. This gives clients the perfect opportunity to view our current UK product ranges, sourcing capabilities and logistics set-up – all whilst discussing their contract furnishings requirements in more detail.

Step 3: Proposal

Based on your feedback, we’ll create a proposal for your project with pricing, timelines and logistics. To take advantage of our contract furnishing services, clients must be able to meet the MOQ. The proposal can be adjusted until you are 100% happy and ready to place the order.

With the proposal finalised and authorised, a deposit or letter of credit may be required to get the process started.

Step 4: Timelines

To provide the lowest costs possible, all products are made to order and shipped direct from manufacturers, resulting in a 3-4 month turnaround from packaging and colourway approvals. Consequently, this service is ideal for large scale projects with reasonable lead times.

Step 5: Manufacturing

The manufacturing process can start at one or a combination of our factories, all of which are SEDEX members or ISO certified.

We can provide packaging tailored to your requirements or you can submit your own design for production.

Step 6: Quality Control

We have our own established QC & logistics team in China, who inspect goods at multiple stages of production and facilitate the logistical arrangements of global shipping. Paired with our UK office and warehouse facility, this gives us full control over the development, manufacturing and distribution of goods.

Step 7: Transportation

Goods can be supplied FOB (Free on Board: Customer is responsible for shipping and clearing goods), DDP (Direct Duty Paid: All shipping costs, documents, currency, clearance and duty is covered in the proposal price) or distributed through our 40,000 ft UK warehousing facility.

Step 8: Completion

With the goods ready, final payment would be required to release documents on FOB deliveries or before delivery on DDP consignments.

Installation is not included and would need to be performed in-house or by a different supplier.
