V-shaped pillows are designed to support the neck and upper back when sitting up in bed, which makes them a regular feature in care homes, hospitals, rehabilitation settings and nursing environments where residents or patients spend extended periods resting in an elevated position. They are also used domestically by people who read or watch TV in bed, and as a nursing support during pregnancy and breastfeeding. A cover is needed in every case, and because V-shaped pillows are an unusual shape, standard pillowcase pairs do not fit. These covers are shaped specifically to match the V-shaped form, so they slide on cleanly without excess fabric.
Seven products make up this range, all from the Percale collection. Each is a 180 thread count 50% cotton and 50% polyester cover in a percale weave, sold individually. Colours include white, pink, grey, ivory, blue, coffee and lemon.
