Outdoor cushions have to earn their place in a different way to indoor ones. The fabric needs to handle rain, UV exposure and damp seating without deteriorating quickly, and the covers need to be simple to wash and dry between uses. The Gardenia collection meets those requirements with a waterproof linen-look fabric that is treated for outdoor use but soft enough to work indoors too. That dual suitability makes them useful across a wider range of settings than a purely outdoor product. Garden furniture, patio dining chairs and seating areas in pub beer gardens are the obvious applications. They are equally practical for restaurant terraces, hotel courtyards, holiday let gardens and caravan awning areas where seating comfort and easy maintenance are both priorities. Indoors, the waterproof coating makes them a sensible choice for dining chairs and kitchen seating where spills are likely.
Two product types sit within the Gardenia range. The cushion covers fit a standard UK 43x43cm cover size, designed to pair with a 45x45cm cushion pad for a full, neat finish. The seat pads are shaped for chair use with ties to keep them in position. Both are available in charcoal, natural, blue, silver, lemon and green. All are machine washable.
