Getting the right size is the first consideration when buying curtains for a caravan. Static caravan windows tend to be shorter and narrower than standard domestic windows, and the drop that works in a house lounge will often be too long for a caravan living area. The range here covers standard UK drop sizes from 54" through to 90", with widths of 46", 66" and 90" — giving enough variation to fit most static home and holiday lodge window configurations without needing to cut or hem. Checking the window measurement before ordering, and allowing for the standard fullness factor of 1.5 to 2 times the window width, avoids the most common fitting issues.
Heading types include eyelet curtains and pencil pleat curtains to suit different pole and track configurations. Blackout curtains are a practical choice for caravan bedrooms where complete light exclusion matters, while thermal curtains help retain heat in units that lose warmth quickly through single-glazed windows. Voile curtains are stocked separately and are well suited to caravan front windows where a degree of privacy is needed during the day without blocking light entirely.
