What are the benefits of rugs?
Rugs are a lot more than just a decorative element. To start with, they work as an air filter for all indoor spaces by trapping dust, pollen and other harmful air particles. On top of that, they also make homes a lot warmer by keeping all the heat in. Meanwhile, absorbent door mats collect water and dirt to keep your interior floors clean and mess-free.
Aren't all rugs the same?
Not quite. A cheap rug won’t absorb air particles as effectively as a top-of-the-range rug. It won’t be as comfy and soft to the touch either.
What are your rugs made of?
All our rugs are made of 100% polyester – meaning they hold their shape well and are particularly strong and resilient.
What is your returns policy?
Any unused product is eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt, as long as the product is in its original condition. For more information, please check out our returns policy guide.

Do you offer trackable deliveries?
Of course we do! Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll immediately receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to your courier so you can easily track your order.
Do you have a minimum order amount?
Yes. However, it is a low amount for a wholesale purchase – just £100.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes – we offer free delivery on all our products to mainland UK. However, addresses in the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and Scilly will incur an additional fee.
How long will my delivery take?
If you live in mainland UK, your delivery will only take from 2 to 6 working days depending on the number of products you’ve purchased. If you’re based elsewhere in the UK, delivery times are usually around 3 to 8 days.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes – in fact, we cover most locations in the world, from Spain to China. You’ll just need to find a freight forwarder to ship your purchased soft furnishings from the UK to your final destination. We’ll arrange the delivery to your freight forwarder and they’ll take care of the rest!
